Hospitality is where my standards were set — exceptional service and genuine relationships above all else. Those values carried me into the flexible workspace industry, where I spent five years as Franchise President at Venture X, launching and scaling multiple locations from the ground up.

Across every industry and role, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented operators running great businesses on broken systems. That realization pulled me into HubSpot and AI automation — building the infrastructure that gives operators their time and clarity back is exactly the work I was built for.

Today, through EleVault, I specialize in HubSpot CRM implementation and custom AI automation for small and mid-size businesses — coworking operators, hospitality brands, and service-based businesses ready to run a smarter operation. Same goal, every time: systems that work as hard as you do.

Raised in the vibrant culture of South Florida and refined by the demands of New York City, my career has been shaped by two distinctly different yet equally influential worlds.

Florida gave me the foundation to build authentic, long-lasting relationships and taught me early on the importance of genuine connection. New York elevated my business acumen, sharpened my strategic thinking, and prepared me to navigate complex, high-pressure environments where long hours and tough challenges demanded resilience and adaptability.

After a decade of growth, I found my balance in the Carolina's. Rooted in the coastal energy of Lake Norman with my family, that's where EleVault took shape — built on the belief that small businesses deserve smart systems and the people behind them deserve to actually enjoy running them.

I’m Nina Quiles, Co-Founder & CMO of EleVault, and my passion is helping businesses grow strategically and intentionally. I specialize in marketing and brand strategy, working closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders to craft clear, actionable plans that drive growth, strengthen their competitive and value-based positioning, and create meaningful engagement with their audiences.

With a background in hospitality, sales, and franchise management, I’ve led initiatives that span marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution. While social media is a powerful tool I leverage to amplify messages, my focus is always on building brands with a strong foundation, aligned with their mission and designed to deliver measurable results.

She can break down any CRM system to uncover areas for improvement, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that boost productivity.
